Getting Started With Microsoft Office 2010
We saw a lot of change in the system requirements between Microsoft Office 2003 and 2007 and Microsoft support looked forward on the fact that users dont have to upgrade their computers when a new version of Microsoft office will be available. Taking consideration of this matter they provided Microsoft Office 2010 on which users can work with great ease without facing problems. However, there are some changes done and users can select the options according to their choice.
All the applications of Microsoft MCTS Training Office 2010 contain an interface fluid with a ribbon that replaces the menu and toolbar. Beside the ribbon tabs there is an Office button that provides access to hidden menu options. You can also remove or add commands on any tab e.g. if you want to insert the spelling and grammar option or excel chart option in the tab Home instead of review and insert respectively then you can do it without any problem. Conversely you can remove the buttons you dont want under the Home tab to get more room for other buttons.

It also facilitates the users to create a new tab with all the commands you require on a daily basis and you can also add titles and icons that makes working easy. The new dialog Options menu is available with all the advanced configuration options hidden in a logical way, although you have to spend some time to find the new locations of these tabs.
Outlook 2010 has the same features of taskbar as in Windows 7. You can create new emails; add contacts, schedule appointments or tasks with the help of various links in the task bar. Whenever any new message is received, an envelope is superimposed on the Outlook icon in the taskbar. Basic editing tools are available in word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook but the most useful one is insert or select an image and change its contrast, brightness etc. with the help of navigation pane you can do the coloring of images or you can use the graphics and can transform a picture in water color, pencil drawing or collage.
There are lots of new options available in SmartArt tools for layout, adding charts and diagrams in text and image. There is a long range of new SmartArt diagrams in Office 2010 and you can present as much images as you want. PowerPoint 2010 has video editing tools that are simple and effective. You can reduce the length of a video by setting its departure point. You can change its color, brightness, contrast etc. If there is uniform background of the video you can change it and set it so that there is a level of transparency among the colors of the background. Additions of frame or shadow, 3D effects, reflection are the other features you can use to the background of the Microsoft MCITP Certification video.

This is just a hint of what you will get when you move form 2007 edition to 2010.there are lots of features available that makes the working in Office 2010 a fun process and you will enjoy a lot when you move into the arena of this package of Microsoft.
